I think AB said this some time back, but I've actually heard a few people say it -- her facial expressions, especially her eyes, have not been the same since her first baby (2001?)I
I do love young Natalia but in these covers seems odd.

Yes, it's like she's not expressive anymore, or something similar. Absolutely no light in her eyesI think AB said this some time back, but I've actually heard a few people say it -- her facial expressions, especially her eyes, have not been the same since her first baby (2001?)
Thanks for posting these photos.. They make me think about my good old times!!![]()

Baby Natalia... She never had the best model body, but that FACE
Now she's still beautiful, but yea, that 'oomph' just isn't there anymore.
So weird. I feel like pregnancy/childrearing may change one's body but really shouldn't affect one's expressiveness. Why do you think this is?have not been the same since her first baby (2001?)

I've had the impression for years that this tends to happen to (female) musicians a lot. Tori Amos comes to mind. It's as if they just lose some kind of spark, and become a dull version of themselves. I wonder why...So weird. Gemma I think is the EPITOME of this post baby dullness effect. So sadSo weird. I feel like pregnancy/childrearing may change one's body but really shouldn't affect one's expressiveness. Why do you think this is?
I'm guessing late nights with a baby and running around after kids can be exhausting and that would take its toll on some women - raising children can probably be easier or harder depending on your expectations/how much support you're provided.I've had the impression for years that this tends to happen to (female) musicians a lot. Tiredness and being preoccupied would be my best guess. It can be a lot harder to focus your attention in one direction when you've had kids because usually at least half your brain is taken up by thinking about them even when you're not with them. Before she had the babies she could probably mentally get herself to a place where everything was focused on her facial expression and how she was holding herself, now that might be a lot harder. So weird. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I LOVE her. She was my first model crush and mad props to her for maintaining a skinny body even though she isn't a working model anymore (well except for appearances here and there.)I never understood the hype over her as a high fashion model. Sure, she has great bone structure, but regarding the rest she is pretty uninspiring. Looks quite short, and I've never considered her versatile.
Her cheat day: "My daughter and I have half a pain au chocolat on a Saturday morning – it’s our ritual."
Between the blood type diet (and ulcers spontaneously healing due to a diet.. essentially what she is implying) and this quote, I think she should shut her pretty little mouth and only open it for certain activities [
On exercise: "I run [a marathon] once a year; I don't train. It's true!"
I revise my point, I saw this in my feed and just went back to look at her work and her wiki. It more seems like it was after her second child. She still was very sexy and expressive etc right up thru 2004 or '05 at least. Her second child was in 2006. Everything after that is like ... she is dead behind the eyes.I think AB said this some time back, but I've actually heard a few people say it -- her facial expressions, especially her eyes, have not been the same since her first baby (2001?)
Hey @Alpha Bullcock this is why we need to be able to choose more than one reaction for a post. I wanted to give this "agree", "love", "funny", and "jizztastic".I think she should shut her pretty little mouth and only open it for certain activities []
