She always wanted to be served first, even when she was´t the first in arrive. Also, I have heard a few of my co-workers trying to talk to her, she would never respond to them. All in all, she was really arrogant.

It's not that people hate her, but I can understand why most people dislike her. There are some hilarious quotes from her. Especially Paltrow's remarks about 9-to-5 workers (or was it only women with an office job?), where she earned herself some major eyerolls.
