P (the trainer) says what makes it stand out from cardio and barre is that it doesn’t make you agonize (which, according to him, makes the tissue shred and grow back bigger). Also, no pulsing, which again can lead to bulkier muscles. He says muscles should « sing not scream ».Good to know. Would you say its better than pilates??

Omg awesome, I'm gonna try it out later this month when I have time.
