Good to know. Would you say its better than pilates??
P (the trainer) says what makes it stand out from cardio and barre is that it doesn’t make you agonize (which, according to him, makes the tissue shred and grow back bigger). Also, no pulsing, which again can lead to bulkier muscles. He says muscles should « sing not scream ».
Given how absolutely incredible she looks, she hasn’t been having too much of what’s represented in the caption. (Also, she’s beautiful; my favourite right now)

I personally like it more than pilates for my legs, but for core it's about the same? I like standing/sitting alliterating more than a reformer, though.
Though I cant be sure whether its been the same person commenting as No One throughout the last pages of this thread, I've found what's been said incredibly interesting and helpful. Thank you so much!
Omg awesome, I'm gonna try it out later this month when I have time. Everyone always said that pilates was good for leaning out but I really found it to be the opposite and built arm muscles which I've spent this entire year trying to get rid of.
One’s gotta love Blanca’s (and Romee’s) thigh size next to the others’ (ummm Taylor...?)
Her back is so delicate...
