Neither. It's not uncomplimentary of her, just very frank and observational. It lets the reader make the judgement of her, I feel. The comment that she is not Miranda Kerr is, in fact, a compliment!
If you go to her instagram, she clearly wasn't happy with the interview. Called the author a misogynist and told people that they shouldn't feel like their boob size defines them.
I don't know, I guess I was kind of wondering whether the retelling was entirely truthful or more of a selective truth...I felt like the interviewer perhaps felt somewhat derisive of Abbey Lee?
For e.g.

I don't know Abbey Lee at all, but it really doesn't strike me as the sort of thing she would say in seriousness...
And I never would of thought of her as being difficult:

This is the most airheaded she's ever come across to me, which is not something I thought I'd ever think of the model who has said:

I don't know, a huge aspect of my lesbian crush for Abbey Lee was that I always imagined she'd be one of the most interesting models to hang out with and have a drink and a smoke with and just talk to about anything...plus her body
So her portrayal by that writer didn't quite align with what I imagined, and I'm hoping she done me proud and just pissed him off royally or was just taking the piss, and the personality that I imagined in my head is real because I really enjoy my lesbian crush on her

I saw that, and I'm glad she stood up for small breasted ladies, but also wtf? I've never thought of Abbey Lee's breasts as unremarkable, guy probably faps way too much to big beautiful women or whatever they call the fatty porn
But Miranda's breasts aren't even big. They're just out all the time... but like "accidentally" when paps are around and not just in magazines.
My thoughts exactly. The author probably just wanted to use a name of any VS angel and Miranda's was the first that popped into his mind (maybe because of the always-out-in-the-open-breasts she's sporting).
