I also find this a little hard to believe. I feel like it would take too much time, effort, and money to edit a video to look that realistic. Videoshopping exists but I don't think it can do that. Imagine having to edit like... every single frame of a music video. I just don't think so.
I believe she loses weight for music videos and gains it back right after.
I also hope to god that she loses before making another music video, since she does have a new album coming out next year.

Well, when that video came out she was certainly in better shape then she is now (e.g. look at pictures on the first page). But some videoshopping was definitely done. Probably just some more minor stuff. Also, I don't think it would be terribly expensive. I mean simply streaching a video lengthwise would make her look taller and thinner right?
True, but wouldn't it look somewhat distorted? I'm sure something was done to edit the video but i'll give her body some credit too lol
She certainly loses weight for her videoclips. However, she wasn't AS THIN as she looked there. They pretty much enlarged the video so she could look skinnier. They do the same with Britney, Xtina Aguilera, etc.
Well, in some of her videoclips she looks "average" when in reality she's kinda chunky-lol

Although she is obviously too fat, in my opinion she has an extremely fortunate body shape. My stomach isn't as flat as hers by far, and I weigh MUCH MUCH less than her.
