Abbey Lee Kershaw

I used to absolutely love Abbey Lee (not that I don't anymore). I just don't know how I feel about her look post 2010. She's so beautiful though, not to mention such an inspiration when you see that she was bigger when she started and ended up being teeny tiny :luv:

Agreed! S/S 2010 was my absolute favourite season of hers :luv: The brunette, bangs, beachy waves...it was all working for her!

Wow, didnt know her dad looked like that.

Just because her dad is big though, doesn't mean at some point she will gain. Basing a persons weight off of genetics is purely presumption for so many reasons:
-First off she gets a pair of genes from her Mom and Dad. Genes just set up the basic perimeters for a tendancy to be overweight.
-What if her dad is just lazy and eats bad? Doesnt have anything to do with genes.
-Your genes do have an influence, but your environment probably has more influence (Nature VS. Nurture anyone?) ie. lifestyle, diet, etc.

Anyways- sorry for the rant, I just think its a little premature to assume she will gain weight based off of what her dad looks like.

Exactly :highfive:
I was 10 lbs when I was born, everyone thought I was going to be a big girl... I proved them all wrong :p
(My dad is 6'2" and my mom is 5'2".. so I'm right in the middle lol)

I hate to break it to ya, but every woman this planet has pubic hair. Grow up

I agree with her and thought the same thing. Same for the guys, they are in major need of manscaping.

Everyone has their opinion, but mine = there's no reason for it to look like that down there, it's just disgusting. Especially if you ever want anyone to.. umm, be down there. But that may not be a concern for you.

So, like, are you just 100% natural? Never shave your armpits or your legs? Cut or style your hair? Get manicures or trim your nails? Take showers?

Also, I think you should watch your tone and have some respect.

If she keeps up her current lifestyle (current may be the wrong word... she seems to have gained a bit... past 2010-ish lifestyle?) she won't gain, but if and when she retires from modeling, if she resorts to "family traditions" and eats like her dad, she'll gain for sure. I think that's why people confuse fat parents leading to fat children so much - there's an element of nature and nurture infused.

i agree with some landscaping being necessary down there, however, that video would be a whole lot more "pornographic" in my personal opinion if she was fully bare, not to mention she'd look like a giant pre-pubescent girl. But I'm a fan of hygienic practices if ya get me :)

Really? In a forum full of feminists and women who encourage each other to strive towards their body ideals despite the backlash from popular culture the bare pussy is still being put on a pedestal? To each their own I s'pose.

In my opinion, unless you film pornos or are a 7 year old, at least have a landing strip.

But all pubic hair aside, where the hell has Abbey been? :(

I agree. How a lady wants to groom down there is, in my book, totally not up for judgment or criticism from anyone else. Personally I couldn't care less whether someone prefers it one way or another.
...Can you tell that my inner angry feminist is getting fidgity? I am trying to keep her in line! ;)

I used to have a friend who "never shaved". She didn't have a boyfriend at the time, and tbh I don't know if she ever will... she was small but compact (not skinny at all), ran marathons, ate steaks, and lifted heavy weights. And she said she was never ever going to shave her armpits. When she said that, my guy friends collectively went :wtf::disgusted::run:

I agree and I think the idea that "we'll end up looking like our parents" is an awful excuse for being fat and lazy for too many people.

I have a friend who used to be pretty slim when she grew up, then due to hormonal and stomach issued she gained weight. She managed to lose it all though and while she didn't do this the healthiest way ever, the results were impressive.

At some point, however, she got bored with dieting, gained it all back (and more) saying that "she will not be able to lose weight after her first pregnancy anyway, because she's like her mum".

Yeah, that's why I thought she's gone "natural" lol, so it doesn't turn too explicit. Ahahahaha I can't believe there's now been a discussion on people's preferences of hair down there on Abbey's thread now though.

Also, about her dad, honestly, I don't find it surprising and feel like it changes anything about Abbey Lee's weight later in life. Most men I've met who are around that age are about that size, which might be why (though of course it does reflect poorly on our society, but that's another topic). Besides, I've had chubby/fat classmates since elementary school and their parents would be in shape, their mothers quite slim, whereas I've had other classmates who are fit/athletic/slim/skinny with overweight/obese parents.

Hahaha, ew... on the contrary, most of my friends like to play along with the idea that they've just never had body hair in certain places if there's a guy around. Oh if only...

Agreed ^^
It looks cool and defiant!
Though I personally like to keep it neat and tidy, if it was shaved on this photo it wouldn't have suited the arty vibe they are going for here, imo

I dont recall seeing these pictures in this thread but even if they have been posted already it doesnt hurt to have them again  So stunning :luv: Even though I love both brunette and blonde Abbey, I would love this Abbey to comeback.

I did not meant always, and i might be wrong but she's got her dad's frame... kinda... just saying tho..

:) Sorry, @Monica, could you please clarify what you mean by Abbey having her dad's frame? Because I tend to agree with @Xsmall; your body is influenced by the genes (nature) of your parents and lifestyle influences (nurture); you can't really tip the future of anyone.

Sure! well i did not mean that she is entirely like her dad, I could be wrong, like I said here:

But, it looks to me that she's got her dads frame... or kinda. I mean, I also agree with you guys but if you take a look at the pictures of abbey back in the day when she was a bit bigger, then you'll see more similarities with her dad's body OR, the other way around: if her dad had the same eating habits that she has, maybe he would have abbey's frame.

But, again, I could be wrong. I guess we will just have to wait to see what happens. :hmm:
