She always claims to eat a lot, 2500-3000 cal, mostly from fresh fruits. I don't think she's lying. I wish I could eat that much without gaining :(
I don't believe her
I follow her on Instagram and watch her Instagram stories and her diet usually consists of:

Breakfast:
Different types of fruit

Snack:
More fruit

She always has either vegan sushi or dumplings for one of her meals and a big salad for the other:

She probably only uses a bit of avocado, I doubt she would use a whole one every day

She snacks again in the afternoon and it's always fruit and sometimes dates

These kiwis look like golden kiwis which are pretty small so yes she does eat really big portions but I don't think her daily intake passes 2000.
I eat LOTS of fruit as well and I don't eat 3000 calories, it's just too much

My boyfriend is currently eating 3000+ calories in order to gain weight. He's currently 76 kilos and lifts heavy 6x pw. He started at 72 and gained the 4 kilos in the last 2 weeks. Given she's lost quite a bit judging by the photos, she's most likely to be eating 1200-1500 max of mostly fruit.

2500-3000 cal from only fruits it's such a lie, it's just impossible to me. I agree with the girls who said her cal intake is probably not more than 1500. Her body is really fit but I still don't think having a only fruit diet is a good idea...

i think it all comes down to what fruits are being consumed and the portions--I agree with you that 3000 sounds crazy, but if she's eating 20 dates, for example, thats 400+ calories right there...if they're medjool dates, only 6 equate to 400 calories. 4 bananas is 400-450. The mango portion she had looked like 2 mangoes, which is also around 450 calories. I'm really over the whole raw-vegan IG girl thing (it seems far more trendy than fact-driven) but I definitely think their diet is higher in calories than other diets that produce similar results, because of the fact the food they consume requires far more energy to digest (lots of fiber) and because it's hard to become satiated on raw foods alone.

Agreeing here with an anecdote.
Cautioning perhaps TMI, but it's as delicate as I can put it.

When I was eating along Dr. Fuhrman's guidelines that in many ways mimic what's consumed with say a "Raw Till 4"vegan lifestyle (Fuhrman is minimum 1 lb raw veg, 1 lb cooked veg, 1 cup beans, 4 raw fruits, etc / day, very limited everything else) I was losing weight rapidly DESPITE being at ~1900-2400 calories/day.

So much of it would just...go right through. The body gives up on digesting stuff fully when it's under such a load of fibre and water-dense produce.

The downside is there was never a satiation tipping point. You can eat until your stomach is full to bursting, but feel unsatisfied, still "hungry". The body knows it is being deprived of fats and proteins in some way while eating like that, and it makes you capable of eating endless dates and so on.:blahblah:

I'm sorry, but as much as I love skinny and ethereal, this made me uncomfortable and sad. She has no sports regime to speak of, obviously. Maybe just monster amounts of cardio. She's just at a very very low weight for her frame.

She doesn't look like 48 kilo, but if she is honest about her weight/height, her muscles (in some photos I spot something what could be muscles :D ) indicate that she is healthier and fitter than most people.

I googled her and apparently she is a retired professional dancer? So maybe she got extremely fit from that

Everyone has actual muscles on their bodies, t's just that they are not visible on most people because they are small and weak from lack of exercise and covered with fat and other tissue. When you body fat and weight in general are extremely low your muscles will be visible. Does not have to be a result of any workout regime, and it most certainly isn't a proof of good health

Precisely. Where are these muscles?

Provided the images are unaltered, here's some anatomy:

  • Look at her arms, how the widest part is the elbow. That is the flaring of her bone (humeral epicondyles), signaling severe wasting in her upper extremity
  • Compare her thigh to the width of her calves and knee, and you'll see the knee is the widest point (femoral condyles). Once again, wasting.
  • Stomach: the lines on either side of her middle are defined not by musculature but by fascia and the layering of the abdominal muscle group. Her rectus abdominis, that middle "six-pack" part, is the topmost layer of the abs, and you can see it's sitting on top from the lines on either side. That's all.
She has extremely low lean mass, and yes very low fat mass as well.

I'd say if she does exercise, she does isometric exercises, in which the muscle is contracted but the body stays stationary (ex. holding a plank, holding a tricep dip, holding yourself in a squat position...), coupled with very low impact cardio. She couldn't possibly exercise with any intensity regularly and not become injured or else need to gain more definition or more mass.

good news for me. bad news for my flappy ass.
I find it hard to believe that a former professional dancer would just drop weight due to a simple diet and not doing workouts - if that body is just a starvation/restriction result, she doesn't weigh 48/49 and she leaves me speechless. :luv:

This is a little too much for my liking but yeah, I won't say anything. I just went on her instagram and her poses just beg for that 'shock' factor and lots of instagram comments. I am also VERY sus when I see really skinny girls giving away their stats so easily...you probably know best but this girl really isn't a good example/good thinspo
 
How would you compare Oxana to other tall, skinny girls like Issa Lish or KaySmeters ? Who works out, who starves ?

I'm sorry I don't agree with some of the things you have mentioned.

I know some people (some even aren't skinny) that have the elbow as most prominent part etc

Well, through the detective work of some of our girls here, I think we've well established that Kay Smeters (aka girlnah) is mostly in love with photoshop and various lengthening apps.
