I don't believe herShe always claims to eat a lot, 2500-3000 cal, mostly from fresh fruits. I don't think she's lying. I wish I could eat that much without gaining
I follow her on Instagram and watch her Instagram stories and her diet usually consists of:
Breakfast:
Different types of fruit
Snack:
More fruit
Ex;
Lunch/Dinner:
She always has either vegan sushi or dumplings for one of her meals and a big salad for the other:
She probably only uses a bit of avocado, I doubt she would use a whole one every day
She snacks again in the afternoon and it's always fruit and sometimes dates
These kiwis look like golden kiwis which are pretty small so yes she does eat really big portions but I don't think her daily intake passes 2000.
I eat LOTS of fruit as well and I don't eat 3000 calories, it's just too much
