I have seen her in real life and her weight jumps around quite a bit.
She used to be slim when she was on the Vogue Australia cover, then she became chubby and now she's muscular.
To put it bluntly, the only reason she continues working is because of her past success. Much like Bambi really - both sometimes walk for David Jones and it is such a shift from 90% of the rest of the models walking the show. The thicker models are the more 'famous' ones.
Samantha truly epitomises large features. When she was thinner her lips were huge, now they appear somewhat respectively sized to her bigger face.
