exactly--smoking 2-3 cigarettes a week with friends, while drinking, or out and about is not going to show up on the skin the way regular smoking (many cigarettes daily) is going to. She also obviously takes other precautions (healthy eating, exercise, skincare) to prevent premature aging.

It might even be the case of a classic smoker who is "quitting"...could be everytime she interviews she's back on track with giving it up but can't resist the urge every now and then
