1) Lie on your back on the floor and check if it's up on the ceiling
2) Bend your knees and sit up to check if it's right in front of you
3) Lie down and check the ceiling again
4) Sit up, swiveling to check out the area over your right shoulder
5) Lie down and have another look at the ceiling
6) Sit back up and make sure there isn't one somewhere to your left
8) Repeat 100x every morning.
Eventually you'll find one.
