I interned at an OB/GYN office in the same office as a plastic surgeon specialising in boob jobs. Often they look quite a bit larger than they end up being up to an entire year afterwards. I'd say they have definitely settled, or maybe she had a smaller size put in. Sometimes with mastectomies they try to judge the size but it doesn't sit right on your rib cage. Quite possible it just didn't work for her frame.

I had to say it, because I love Joli so much, but it looks like she has what fatties like to call "bobble-head syndrome," like her body is so tiny that her head looks large in comparison.

I mean, props to her I guess, because that's hard to pull off (especially at her height) but I think a lot of it has to do with the reconstructive surgery.
 
She looks very tired and old. Her hair is very lackluster and dull. She just looks very unhealthy - she doesn't pull off skinny well at all.
 
tz, Mrs has probably an army of helpers. She should try vitamins and minerals instead of her drugs chemicals.
 
I think she looks quite good for ger age, especially considering all the work she probably does. But I'm a bjt biased because ive always been a huge dan of hers. She probably forgets to eat which is why she's so tiny5. :p
