Miley comes off as extremely confused. Little girl trying to prove to the world that she's a big girl. That's why it never comes across as a genuine change rather forced and try hard. If she just let herself grow up in time and not try to stick proverbial 2 fingers up to the world people would embrace her 'new found freedom of expression'
