So I came across this guy on youtube today- he seems to be some sort of fitness guru? I don't know. Anyhow, I thought you gals would really like one of his videos: "Eating Every Three Hours is an Eating Disorder (there's a part two in the related videos as well) The guy comes across as a bit of a nutjob, but I think he brings up a lot of good points about how fucked up modern society's relationship with food is. Also, I just want to shove this video in the face of everyone who's told me I'll wreck myself just from fasting a mere day. Anyways, what do you all think?
