She's a French actress, mostly known for her role in Harry Potter as Fleur. But she has done many more films like In Bruges, Heartless and 127 hours. She's also a model, she's been the face of Chloé for example. I think she's super skinny and I'd love to have her body!

i think she is lovely she has also been in a few episodes of gossip girl. i can't stand the show but i ended up watching the ones she was in just to see her performance. i agree too, delicate is exactly the right word for her.

I don't think her arms look photoshopped. They seem pretty consistent with the candid pictures of her.

Then again... What isn't photoshopped any more? sigh..

I loved her in both HP and Gossip Girl. She's so delicate and skinny.

When I saw her in Gossip Girl I immediately remembered her as Fleur from HP, to me she'll always be Fleur the French girl though.

Especially when they are insanely skinny ^^

Check some of Clemences google-pics. She has great legs and she sometimes seems to be even thinner than Olivia Palermo.
