That cake video reminded me of the scene in Matilda where that fat boy was forced to eat an entire chocolate cake, I wonder if it was inspired by that? Anyway seeing other people stuff their face to the point of looking seriously ill and depressed is good because it makes me never want to do that to myself again, and reminds me of how silly it actually is. Seriously, food should give you energy and make you feel good and clean, not like a piece of shit ran over twice.
