WTF Thinspo tag

Now I know not all of us get thinspired by the same images. Some of us like thin delicate beauties like Vlada or ballet dancers, others like curvy-skinny like (some) VS models. Some prefer "real girl" thinspo or fitspo.
But have you ever seen something tagged as thinspo and just thought "What the fuck?".
I was just looking through the thinspo tag of tumblr as I often do, and I noticed some bizarre thinspo - people really aspire to this?

A girl I know always put her "modelling" photos up on facebook (you're not a model if you just pay people to take photos of you), and a couple of them were shot by this "Melbourne Girls" photographer, so I decided to check them out. Gold. One of the following pictures is of her but I won't say which one, just in case
