Hear hear! I'm not prone to Karlie necessarily, a model is all I needAnna Wintour seriously needs to put a model on the cover (preferably Karlie)!
While Vogue US can never be alternative/underground & has always been mainstream, they are pushing the commercialization a bit far now though. Of course I'm in NO position whatsoever to tell AW how to do her job, but is it too much to ask to leave the celebutants be a little bit?
i sometimes by us vogue but lately i've been steering clear there's too many celebs on the cover i get so dissapointed everytime i see them, i dont want jlo and sienna on the cover! (but emma stone is one celeb i dont mind bein on the cover)

I don't mind celebs as long as the picture they take is editorial. Lots of celebs have done past modeling and can take some stunning pictures, I am just sick of seeing them all with them same freaking loose curls, in that same stance with their hands on their hips, with that same shit eating grin. +1 to approving Emma Stone to be on the cover.

I loved the cover they did a few years ago with up and coming supermodels with Gemma Ward - they need more of that!

No offense to her, but IMO she's just not a Vogue woman. I wouldn't be so miffed that Anna keeps on using celebrities if she would consistently use women like Charlize Theron, Emma Stone, Monica Bellucci, Marion Cotlliard, Keira Knightley, etc

I came across this article comparing June 2014 magazine product costs. First was US Vogue (USD $343,368) followed by InStyle (USD $148,909).

Has the latest issue been released yet? I was working for a certain renowned, global, fashion magazine the other day and could swear I overheard someone saying the lastest Vogue was set to feature a multi model cover.. featuring Gemma Ward. I've half convinced myself I misheard.. but we'll see. Regardless, the lady I heard speaking didn't approve of the cover, apparently the models were photographed to the point of unrecognisablity.
gemma would have to be unrecognizable from what she's been looking like lately- gained so much. such a pity. who knows, maybe she lost it?

I know the August issue has Blake Lively on the cover, but I'm not a fan of what she's wearing!
Hmm, how interesting, perhaps I misheard. I'll have to keep an eye out anyway, I know it was with reference to Gemma on a cover looking overly shopped and I'm sure they said Vogue, but I could have been wrong.. we'll see.
