Hello, all! I don't know where else to put this, so 'Models' it is! Suicide Girls are basically a group of alternative "models"/ softcore pornography, whatever. I love body modification so I liked their page on Facebook and I get their notifications.

While they do have some overweight/thick girls, sometimes they have gorgeously thin girls.

I will just post some pictures of my favorite skinny suicide girl.

Also: do you think this stuff is trashy? I feel like when a thin woman does it, I don't find it as trashy, but I know that is a double standard.

But I know what Agytha means, the site itself is terrible, I've known loads of girls who've modelled for suicide girls (and had loads of people try to convince me to be one) and its actually terrible, they treat most of their models like shit, are overly controlling, sell the images off to random porn sites without the models' permission etc. Ech.

Plus its going down hill. I'm seeing less and less alt girls and more boring, tan bimbos with like, a tiny playboy bunny tattooed on their hip. No thank you.>_< lol

Oh, and the armpit hair doesn't bother me. There's nothing disgusting about body hair. It's a personal choice (although I choose to shave).

I think as long as you get these shocked "EWWW" reactions, it's sort of worth of effort if you want to stir people. Personally I don't mind anyone's body hair, and it irks me sometimes that it's such a big deal. I mean hippies and some feminists are really vocal about how stupid shaving is, and everyone else is really vocal about how disgusting it is for a woman to have a bit of hair. Just... calm down, haha. It's just an aesthethic preference in the end.

Not a fan of body hair neither, for easthetic matters and mainly for hygienic matters. Yes, everybody is free to do whatever they have with their body, they own it. But when you pose naked, you'll be judged by people basing on their stantards. There some people that will say this girl is to thin, others that she would be prettier with brown or blond hair, etc!

I think that's a bit of an exaggeration. At least most of the feminists I know actually do shave, and many of my friends who don't shave don't do it for political of idealistic reasons like feminism. They actually just feel it's more comfortable that way, and don't find the hair ugly. Though I guess it's easier in North Europe in general, since we tend to have very light body hair to begin with.

I'm not a hair activist, but somehow it still bothers me that not shaving is considered to be unhygienic and somehow dirty, when it's usually purely an aesthetic thing.

If I have a photo of me where I pose my arms raised so you can see my armpits, no one thinks anything about it if my armpits are shaved. However, if they are unshaved, everyone instantly thinks that I'm doing the pose just to show-off my armpit hair, no matter if the photo is about something else completely.

My post was ironic I often heard crazy feminists yelling "you shave because you want to please men!! You're hurting your body because of men's desires! Argh! You disgust me" or "if you shave, you're not feminist", and so on. It doesn't make sens to me!

We sould create a thread about shaving, it would be interesting to have more opinion. I tend to considere not sharing dirty (odors, less convinient for cleanning yourself, etc), and yes, unsightly.

Yeah I personally think girls should shave their armpits, but then again, I don't care if they don't, but as you guys said earlier, I hate when people rub it in your face as if they are better than you. I even saw this one girl on tumblr who dyed her arm pit hair green. All her pictures were of her nude with her green pits and it was weird.

Also: I have also heard negative things about the Suicide Girl company. Do you guys know of other alt model websites or groups with cute skinny modded gals?

Oh of course, but if its a picture of JUST their armpit, or the caption is all about their pit hair and they have a BILLION tags about their pit hair attached to the picture, its clear its not a simple pose hahaha. I kinda expect that if I met girls like that in the street they'd LITERALLY try to rub their pits on my face or something.XD

She is pretty.. Idk. No offense to anyone who does like body mods, I understand its a personal preference.. but for me personally they scare the shit out of me. I suppose maybe its a culture type thing as well. I live in relatively small suburban town and there's really not a lot of alternative style (if there is its typically watered down), whereas if I lived in a big city I might be a bit more used to it. Just my 2 cents.
