Stacey Nishimoto is a Stylist/makeup artist, Intothegloss writer, and a store owner. She's based out of downtown LA. Not sure how old she is... but she has a son. She's older and still maintaining a skinny look!

She has tons of photos posted because she runs a store on instagram called @the_corner_store

Just what you guys think of her body! There's a ton more photos on her instagram store.

Ahhhh so THIS is what those "tumblr famous thinspo queens" do in their mid/late 30s and early 40s. :smash:
She reminds me of a combination of girlnah x felice fawn.

hmmm. not really feeling her look bc she's sort of an LA cliche (doesn't want to let her age/beauty work FOR her so she works against it). She's skinny,so obviously=bonus extra plus!! therefore the rest can be much simpler & less gaudy. (and omg those poses....um...no.) She's not bad looking, but would look so much better in a LBD & a loose chignon and an elegant pose.....stylist huh? hmmmm...then again I detest LA "fashion"

While I do like her body (not her face, though; too gaunt for my tastes), I find her style incredible tacky. Just these photos alone make me think, "I raided my grandmother's closet."

sorry, but I do not like her style it's just not thinspiring. She is skinny and looks good for her age I guess, but her face seems a bit sickly/sad. Maybe if she cleaned up her look and seemed in a lighter mood?

Hmm, I think her face looks quite lovely in some shots (see below).. but seriously.. homegirl needs to stop throwing her head back and sucking in her cheeks in every. single. other. selfie. it's unnecessary and looks uncomfortable.

Also, unpopular opinion perhaps, but I happen to actually adore a lot of her outfits. Would totally get down with any of the below looks (but especially the geometrical 2-piece with black hat)..

And more but I ran out of room.

She looks more like something that would pop out of a "grunge-soft goth" kind of tumblr blog. Kinda reminds me to Violet E.

Oh L.A. haha

This is her personal IG http://instagram.com/stacey___nishimoto
Call me a hater, but I was hoping she'd be more "normal" on her personal... but clearly not.
For a 37 yo mother with a child, she is WAYY TOO OLD to be attention seeking on online platforms.
Contrast Stacey to say, Anine Bing, who is a down-to-earth normal mother and successful businesswomen. Worlds apart.

Also, she posted this. The irony. :run:

I'm dying laughing loving yall's responses on la fashion. I work in fashion and I'm involved in the art scene in LA and how people dress makes me cringe/is slowly consuming my soul into darkness. There's a big trend right now for low key "it girls" to be wearing period pieces- like almost full on costumes.

(see laurenaliceavery on instagram for an example of LA fashion...lol)

YES! I love Anine Bing (I think I have a thing for Scandis). Skinny Scandi ex-models/now-bloggers need a thread in the "Online" section :)

I remember reading a post Stacey made on intothegloss.com a few weeks ago and thinking her pictures were ultra-creepy. I thought it was also really weird that almost EVERY comment was about how she's "the most beautiful woman in the world". Is something wrong with my eyesight? This is really mean of me to say, but she looks incredibly haggard and way older than she should...and seems to accentuate this fact with her makeup and way-too-cutesy clothing choices.

I love her body, but dislike her style. I mean, taken out of context, her style is ok, but not on a 40 year old woman! She's wearing pieces that would work well on someone 10 or 15 years younger than her. Her make-up also doesn't do her any justice. She doesn't have any wrinkles, but her face looks quite haggard. Also her poses are ridiculous. She looks like a teen tumblr attention-whore. Have some self-respect, damn.

But her body is to die for, goddamnit.

Actually really***
Really? I like her face in this article. In all the other pictures? Not so much.

And I just wanna echo that while homegirl has nice clothes, they seem juvenile. Personally when I grow old, I hope I can go out with my son when he's older without looking like I am trying to poach kids his age too

I agree, that's why I corrected it to "she was actually really striking" :)
