She's been the fit model (even before the surgery) and personal assistant to Riccardo Tisci, and is well-known as a Givenchy muse. Riccardo is actually the one who encouraged her to turn female. Her body is really mediocre for a girl, but pretty good for a guy. Her face isn't that great either. It's pretty obvious she only got popular because she's a tranny and friends w/ Tisci.
