Not everyone with bushy eyebrows is a/should be a model, she belongs into that category.

IF they classed her up a bit in her photos (why does she seem so unwashed & disheveled?), she would somewhat resemble a young Margaux Hemingway (RIP) that's why she looks a bit eerily familiar and odd to me. It's the strong 80's brows......ok, ok I'll save some of you the search since Margaux may be unknown to some of you....

She looks really strong and powerful. In some photos the eyebrows are a bit but I'd take that over another generic blonde any day.

I think maybe its then combination of her eyebrows and body type. She does have quite broad shoulders too. I think combines it's just a little masculine. I'm sure if she got them shaped nicely she would look lovely. I quite like her face otherwise.
