Okay, so here's a girl on youtube who wrote a book about dieting and that's also the content of all her videos...
The strange part is, she claims to eat 15 bananas for breakfast and makes videos about eating way too much food and losing weight that way, around 2500-5000 calories a day, she's a strong believer in starvation mode (or at least want her watchers to believe so ) and I find it pretty entertaining. I don't know how much truth there's in what she says she eats, but personally... I call BS, I just think it's her way to sell her book, for those people who want to diet but are afraid of starving.
