I think her weight is the least of her problems to be honest, so since she is not obese or anything, I can't be too hard on her. I actually think she is healthier now (weight-wise) than before when she was a complete and utter mess.

I've noticed with some friends that have gotten super skinny quickly, when they return to normal weight, their body shape changes.
It looks the same here.
Like you can see hip bones, but she is flabby? less boobs, more arm flab. It is strange.
