This Nike advertisement kind of had me cheering.

In case you don't feel like watching, it shows an obese (possibly morbidly obese) 12 year old jogging to get in shape.

I'm just happy that it's not fat bashing, but it's showing that anyone, at any age, can take control of their life and health.
