I'm probably spamming way too much this thread with Italian bloggers, but this girl has motivated me a lot and hopefully you girls can find her helpful too.
She dropped 15 kg in a month with a diet she made herself two years ago and she has been mantaining ever since! This is a link to her diet: http://thereisalotofsarinskinesshere.blogspot.it/2012/12/la-dieta-di-sarinski.html if you need a translation don't be afraid to ask me :)
I find her twitter very interesting too, she doesn't hide the fact that she works hard for keeping her body in shape\pretty much eats clean every day.

Long story short: she says she was bulimic in the past and that she always had issues with the way her body looked, that after a long time (I believe she's like 28\30 years old) she finally was in the right mindset to start a diet, she also talks about how good she feels now that she's skinny and how much she likes it. She follows a blood type diet and doesn't eat red meat and dairy products, she normally eats a lot of white meat like chicken, lots of fish like salmon, codfish, sea bass. She also mentions dark chocolate when she has cravings, green tea and bio jam without sugar! For breakfast she always has soy milk or soy yogurt, she doesn't eat fruit (This one thing I didn't understand since eating fruit is good for our body and skin, but whatever). She tries not to use salt, only uses crude oil when she cooks. No white carbs.
She also wrote a few advices: to always write down what you're eating during the day, it helps to understand how much we actually eats and what we should change and stuff; to never tell ANYONE we're on a diet, even close friends because they'll try to sabotate us! Last one, to have a day where we cheat on our diet to ''relieve'' our cravings, but then to get back on track immediately after.

I mean it's nothing ''revolutionary'' and we probably heard those things before, but It's always nice to see a girl who's not ''lying'' about her weight loss (using excuses like ''fast metabolism''....) and actually giving advices to help others!
I hope you all can understand this poor translation, my english is terrible :sorry:

Thank you @marieebo ! I actually liked her advice of not telling anyone you are on a diet. People either start saying that you don't need to lose weight, or try to eat something delicious in front of you on purpose in order to tease you and even force it on you. Like b*tch, I know my body and what I want/need better.

thanks @marieebo i was just about to make the translation, but you wrote it perfectly! glad to read that she works hard for her body
