Alex Szwalek is a model but also a professional chef.
Her Instagram account, @olaszwalek, is a great inspiration source for skinny-friendly food; beautiful plates with lots of greens. Her thin body is the icing on the cake (pun intended).

You should have posted it with the context that she is hungover though (what she said in the previous story.) Either way it's not very useful to this thread because we can't even see what it is, and it's pretty blatant attention seeking from Teddy. Even if she was talking about being bulimic though I wouldn't call it "refreshingly" honest

Just wanted to share some of the screens I took this month from models I follow. They seem to really like asian inspired food, I always see a lot of rice, ramen, greens of course and also salmon.
Also I really like to see what @ceciliaaawu_ eats (in the second photo), she seems pretty balanced and healthy!
