I was wondering the same! Checked out her stories and she posted the recipe!Can anyone tell what type of noodles these are? Not sure if they're brown rice noodles, glass noodles, or some shirataki/kelp variety. Either way, majorly inspired for dinner tomorrow

After switching my diet from trying to stuff as much low calorie food in my face as I can to eating a couple small portions of food I like every day, and finally seeing results, I am happy to see that many top models are doing the same thing! If they're doing it, I must be on the right track.
I can't tell you how many calories Vlada is eating, but if you want more info about her just check her thread, it's been mentioned there what she would (or wouldn't) eat in her skinniest days. As for now I think she has a balanced diet (she always looks healthy and radiant) but still restricting (she is still skinny) but I can't tell you for sure because I don't live with herJust the water then lol. May I ask around how many kcals you think she's eating per day?
