Creative Director and Vice President of Design at Banana Republic/has her own line as well. I immensely respect that she is completely self-made and was actually orphaned as a toddler. I also really like her face - striking without being too conventional. Anyway, here she is:

Average body, only thing I find unconventional about her face is how uber-fake it looks.

I love her attitude!! Her ig is pretty entertaining and she seems sweet/down to earth. Wasn't originally a fan of her face (for obvious reasons), but the more I see her, the more 'acceptable' I find it. She's a smart, successful, self-made businesswoman so I find it hard to hate

Exactly! @ZeroDiet haha plastic surgery just isn't something I think about so I'm so bad at spotting it on other people
