For reference: I'm only slightly taller than Liv and I can maintain at BMI 17 with no muscle tone and almost no activity while consuming a whopping 2000 calories.as a matter of fact, you can achieve bloody BMI 14 eating multiple bites of dessert if you're not an idiot
So let's do some basic math here:
There's a lot of room for dessert there and Liv's TDEE has to be at least 1900-2000 calories when you take her height, muscle tone and activity level into consideration. 2000 calories worth of food is *objectively* an abundant amount if you aren't eating pure junk. The same can be said about 1,5k-1,8k if you're even somewhat smart about your food choices.
In conclusion: she needs to stop pretending like you have to center your entire life around weight loss to become skinny when she's not even that skinny herself
