What do you think, did this youtuber get the information on her nutrition right?
I can fully imagine that she indeed eats and moves like that. Though, I wished the youtuber had tried the exercising part more. Cherry on top would've been trying this whole diet for a few weeks but then again we're on normal people's youtube.
Sometimes I have salad for breakfast too, and I really enjoy the feeling of my body after it. I might aswell try to make it a routine.
