I loved this documentary! Not only because it's awesome :) but because it really is so informative! I had both my parents watch it, and they're already making changes. :grin: It excites me that they will be healthier longer.

I loved this too! It was so eye opening! I know im not ready to try the 5/2 or anything like that yet but it is good to have the information and scientific proof! Both my parents and boyf watched the show and now don't bug me about doing the warrior diet! I know its not the same thing as the fasting etc on the show but its where im at right now and its good not to be getting hassle for it anymore!
