What do you think about cosmetic/plastic surgery in general? Would you get cosmetic surgery, have you ever thought about it?

Here are some before and after pics of celebrities who had something done, do you think they looked better before or after?

Feel free to post more pictures.

Heidi Montag...anyone else finds her as annoying as i do?

Jocelyn Wildenstein - plastic surgery doesn't have to be a one way ticket....

Blake Lively - nose job

Ryan Gosling...again the nose job, i don't think it was necessary, he looked also super hot before, but maybe it helped his career?

i would never ever have cosmetic sugery, but then again, i don't think i need it... i guess if somebody really didn't like their nose or whatever then sugery would be a positive thing :)

hate hate hate boob jobs though. ugh, they look vile :superpuke:

and i agree with you about ryan, gosh he is CUTE x

I want to either be a neurosurgeon or specialise in plastic surgery but more specifically plastic surgery caused by trauma or by inheritery disorders.

So my view is that I want there to be a huge demand for plastic surgery but hollywood is making plastic surgery seem so bad there are so many reasons for getting plastic surgery in the first place.

Back to your question sorry I deviated a bit, I have strong views on this.
For people who need to increase their confidence and they believe that plastic surgery is the way to do it then I would support them. However, I am against plastic surgery on myself. I have thought about it 1000 times to get a breast reduction. I am more confident about my breasts, they've gone much smaller now but if they wouldn't have then who knows maybe.

Does pics you post are scary :run:
Hate boob jobs
And no, you're not the only one! Heidi Montag annoys me exactly as much as she annoys you :nervous:

Is it just me or do Joan Rivers and Jocelyn Wildenstein look alike?

I still can't believe Rivers is 78!

I definitely have nothing against plastic surgery. I just don't like it when people take it too far(like Heidi Montag, Kim Kardashian). I would get cosmetic surgery if I was able to afford it- I would most likely get a nose job to make my nose a little less wider and get myself a breast lift- I'm like a 34 A and my breasts sag a bit - I guess it's because I went from 5'6 153lbs to 110lbs...yeah..definitely could use a breasts lift.

Holy smoke cat women is freakin scarry looking, what nightmares are made of.

i HATE HATE HATE boob jobs with a passion.
i dont like plastic surgery, but i think is its a nose thing then fair enough. anything else is too much
megan fox looks like a 40 year old vampire now. cheek fillers and whatnot. not attractive!

I'm definitely pro-plastic surgery - if it makes you happy, then who should say no? That said, I'm definitely a fan of the natural look. I want a boob job one day - but only from my current 30AA-30B! I want to fill a bra, not be a porn star!!

This. Megan ruined herself :(

I don't look down on people who get plastic surgery, but I'd never do it. I'd be too afraid it wouldn't look good enough. Too often when people get it, it's SOOO obvious. And fake boobs hardly ever look good unless they're in a bra - plus they're rock hard.

You're right, Megan Fox had A LOT of surgeries...i just realized how much she had done, look at those pics:

Are you sure Blake Lively had a nose job? I think her nose looks the same on both pictures, just a little bit bigger on the left one. Maybe it's just the angle?

I don't really approve of cosmetic surgery but I guess sometimes, it's okay. In Heidi Montag's case, it's definitely not! That woman looks ridiculous.
If I ever had children and got extremely saggy boobs or something like that I think I might even consider getting a breast lift :nervous:.

totally. i think it can probably become addictive, you keep wanting to 'improve' yourself but it has the opposite effect. i hate to say it but she really was beautiful and i find her so common now.

yep! shes had her nose done twice, her boobs done twice, lip fillers, cheek and jaw fillers... its so unnecessary!

I don't know,
many plastic surgeons are so greedy. There are perfect examples when a person is born with an unfortunate looking face and that can be fixed, which must improve the quality of their lives. But often the whole idea of plastic surgery ends up distorted, when surgeons are willing to fulfil patient's caprices for bigger lips, smaller noses, higher eyelids and bigger boobs, when they look perfectly fine the way they are.

I myself think surgery cannot be a mental cure. To be specific: it's ok to go for a surgery if breasts are saggy/deformed/whatnot, however if it's a size thing...woman,Y U NO love yourself the way you are!?

A bra (and any clothing as a matter of fact) is made to fit a person, not a person is made to fit a silly bra.

I fantasize about getting my nose refined a bit, but the part I dislike is a small inwards bump that makes it look asymmetrical -- if they did the same thing to the other side, I would look like a nightmare. So I'm pretty well stuck with the bugger. I think plastic surgery is okay, but if you had the money, it would be way easy to go too far.

My boobs are quite big and give me back problems. If as I get older they make the back pain a lot worse then I would consider getting a breast reduction. But the idea of any unnecessary surgery kind of freaks me out. But no I'm not against plastic surgery as long as it's done in moderation or for non aesthetic reasons.

My fiance's dad is a plastic surgeon! He's one of the best...worked for the military to do repair-work on soldiers and children with cleft-pallets.

He says that plastic surgery is not a miracle-worker. If you're going to get it, definitely have a goal in mind and make it small.

That said, I still think face lifts look scary...and jumbo boob jobs are just sad. He won't do big boob jobs, actually...because the results are never what you want.

If I were to get any plastic surgery, I would get a breast lift in a billion years if they sag...I hate that look and would cry myself to sleep if I had boobs down to my knees. I don't care if they have to be reduced (go for it!!), but I can't take sag. Eww.
