Slim pic, wow. I feel like she looks powerful when slim. Formidable. Disciplined, more present, intelligent. I've never met her/know little of her but just from an image it's incredible what the loss of a little padding can do for one's first impressions.
Hmm I would think around 25 lbs? >20 lbs is when weight loss really starts to become noticeable. 15-20 lbs someone will look better, but the fact that he/she lost weight isn't always obvious.

yeah true! I guess it depends on your starting weight too. If a skinny-ish person loses 15-20 pounds it's definitely noticeable. I was thinking more of like... average people? My aunt (who's admittedly overweight) lost like 30 lbs and I honestly couldn't tell and just thought she had gotten a spray tan or something.
