"If I start drinking more coffee than water, I get sick. I drink water with packets of vitamin C, which I get from the small grocery near my apartment on East 4th Street between First and Second Avenues. And I get the OMG! My Favorite Juice! from Juice Press. I like that it has lots of greens and fruit but isn't bitter.
"I exercise a lot, which keeps your blood moving. I do interval training and work out with my trainer, Neil Andrews, at Blink Fitness. I also try to do one class a week, whether it's hot yoga, Pilates, or SoulCycle. I like to switch it up."
