I really like Amelie Cheval on instagram, she's french and her photos just look so nice. I don't know if she photoshops at all but I like believing she doesn't. She's got skinny thighs and a cute dog - a little bit too tan for my taste but that could be filters on the photos.

I would say even for girls desiring a more "average" body shape hers is still undesirable. I mean if your going to have a very small hip to waist ratio, then it looks much better to be skinny than average size.
