She's just got pretty unfortunate legs so when she wears high waisted loose pants she looks better than lets say that shirt/skirt combo.

Very cute, not skinny enough to inspire me but still lovely, if only miss EmRata would lose some weight and embrace some classiness, she could aspire to look like one of this girl's bad photos.
