new series of supersize v superskinny

redbull is gross enough anyway but at 2am, really? are you sure you need 2 energy drinks at that time of the morning to give you the energy to stay awake and eat pasty and a full pack of custard creams bleugh! :superpuke::superpuke::superpuke:

hahaha this is exactly what I thought! whyyy was she drinking energy drinks at 2am then complaining about no sleep, therefore 'needing' energy drinks in the first place. and to mirror Skinny2012, I also considered how much weight she'd lose simply by cutting them out, after they mentioned how many cals they contain and that she has 6-10 a day. It was something like 700-1000+ cals just in red bull alone :wtf: whyyyy

She had 6 - 10 a day?! :wtf:
Wow! What does that make, three litres in Red Bull alone?
If I drank that amount of energy drinks in a day I'd probably not be able to sleep for at least two days (mind you I never even drink coffee, three litres of Red Bull would probably have quite the impact on me )

Did anyone see the latest episode on Tuesday? I can't believe that guy managed to eat his way to 500lbs at the age of 25, with only 6 teeth... :wtf:

I totally know what you mean but I think he looks better than before nonetheless.

I agree!

I've just recently started watching this program, I mean I had seen one or 2 episodes before but just could not handle it before, found it absolutely sick to watch it. I started watching it from series 3 and now I am now caught up with series 5 and whilst I still find it difficult to watch I find it a great reverse thinspiration. I don't find the skinny girls thinspirational at all because they all have such horrid diets and you can tell that most of them don't have nice skin.

The first episode of the new series made me incredibly angry at the woman in the USA who was morbidly obese and had her son do everything for her but she had a ton of junk food, fizzy drinks and she even went out to a fast food restaurant to get something to eat :nopity: Yet she was crying at what she was doing and what effect her life had on her son. I just don't understand how she is unwilling to change her diet knowing the implications that it already has on her life. I just don't feel sorry for her at all and I feel like my blood is boiling.

I think the scariest was the opening scene in the funeral home.
Should make them obese people work in funeral homes to see what road they're going down.

That is a great idea!

The giant coffins freaked me out, i was thinking something like who the hell fits into those?? But sadly enough there where lots of examples on the show.

1min in: its unbelieveable they have a skinny girl and a fat girl swap diets? :wtf: this is great for the fat girl with a bmi of 40ish of course, but im really worried for the skinny girl whose bmi is 15ish...afterall its easier to gain weight than lose it...i agree she's actually just a tad too skinny, but shes pretty close to perfect, maybe 10 or 15 pounds more and i'd want her body :luv: actually i do want it cause then if i gained a bit, it'd be like yeah whatever no biggie

5min: god this show is like a horror movie, i don't want to watch what might happen to the skinny girls body, please don't wreck it and get way fat and unhealthy while you eat what the fat girl does...wow, they both seem to eat quite unhealthy which i find surprising from the skinny girl, it looked like she had a few small custard pies or something on her plate...
I know what you mean, it's so hard to watch the skinnies eat that amount of food. I can't imagine being forced to eat that much. Then again the skinnies choose to go there so they know what they're getting themselves into. They're doing the swap for five days to learn how to enjoy food and have a more "diverse food plan." After that they gain weight the healthy way.

Has anyone already watched the third episode? (Hugh vs Lynsey, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeC52oak93I&feature=related).

I thought Lynsey was the perfect example of how unhealthy some skinnies eat. I mean she was basically only eating junk food, a tiny slice of pizza here, a hanful of chips there... it made me cringe, how can you body function properly if you only eat that stuff?

Oh my goodness, I'm currently watching the 2nd episode and I would've never recognized Emma. I remember back when I was watching the episodes with her in it I really thought that there was no way she'd ever recover. I honestly thought she was gonna die of anorexia one day. I'm really happy for her but strangely, I'm thinking she looks a bit chubby now... :nervous: (I feel bad for having those thoughts, really!) No, wait, not chubby, but as if she carries all of her weight in her torso?

Thank you for the link Skinny2012!
Yeah, I agree about Lynsey & especially horrible because she was a marathon-er before, which is something for which you need to eat insanely healthy

Also, I find it so shocking when the super sizers (sometimes even the super skinnys) scarf down stuff like chocolates and doughnuts :S
They don't even chew :|

I agree. You can't actually see her body that well in what she wore, but she does look a bit boxy. She makes up for it with how much she smiles though.

She has gone a little chubby and you're right I would have never guess she would have done that well. But good on her!

Haribo sweets? My bf needs to see that. He doesn't eat them too often, but once he does, he won't stop until that bag is empty. ;-)

And no, I haven't got time yet :)

If he watches this he might not eat them again, there was animal bones, tonnes of sugar, colourings, car cleaning wax and bee's wax all boiled up in a mixing bowl eeeugh!

Yay! I love this show!
