Elena Miro F/W12 - WTF?

I'm not sure what difference that would make since these "plus sized" models still have exquisite bone structure that lets them carry the extra weight. They would all be drop dead gorgeous if they lost the weight. The average person who thinks they can gain weight and look like them are mistaken/deluded. Anyway we know most of these models are asked to "gain weight" so the plus size phenomena isn't even healthy.

Elena Mirò is an italian brand making plus-size fashion. The pics are not streched out. This brand uses "curvy models" (to use an euphemism;)) for their runway shows.

I carry my extra weight well. My measurements are large but proportionate and I'm not all round and bumpy. That doesn't mean I'm not working hard for the weight to come off but it's nice to dream that if that doesn't work out I can move to Italy and model clothes for other fatties.

Those models are definitely big! Looks like it's the Italian version of Torrid... Except that it's more classy and the models don't look nearly as big as Torrid's. The Elena Miro clothes are obviously designed to hide all of the imperfections that come with being that size, which that I support, you're big and too lazy to lose the weight then please shop there! You'll be saving us from this:

Meh...
I find this "high-fashion yet plus size friendly" trend to be totally disingenuous. I'd bet my tuition money that each of those women are within a healthy range for their height and workout enough to stay somewhat toned.

Regardless of their size they're still models, so what 'average' person are they representing?

I think people should stop expecting models to look like the average person tbh.

The models should fit into the clothes they are wearing. They won't look good on much thinner models, because they basically wouldn't fit but flapper. You can't put a size 2 into a size 12 or whatever it is. And I don't think Elena Miró just exists and does fashion shows since yesterday.

O wow they are big o.0

But i agree. I would rather see people in those clothes than with all their blubber falling out.
