Model Eat!

Can anyone tell what type of noodles these are? Not sure if they're brown rice noodles, glass noodles, or some shirataki/kelp variety. Either way, majorly inspired for dinner tomorrow :luvluv:

I was wondering the same! Checked out her stories and she posted the recipe!

After switching my diet from trying to stuff as much low calorie food in my face as I can to eating a couple small portions of food I like every day, and finally seeing results, I am happy to see that many top models are doing the same thing! If they're doing it, I must be on the right track.

I doubt Vlada actually ate all of this. Plus it doesn't look to me as a small serving of pasta or a small ice cream cone at all.

Just the water then lol. May I ask around how many kcals you think she's eating per day?
I can't tell you how many calories Vlada is eating, but if you want more info about her just check her thread, it's been mentioned there what she would (or wouldn't) eat in her skinniest days. As for now I think she has a balanced diet (she always looks healthy and radiant) but still restricting (she is still skinny) but I can't tell you for sure because I don't live with her

I have found this of Sanne Vloet.

I would like to know what do you think about it. In my opinion it's too much especially in this period of lock down where is not possible to go outside and walk all around the city..

I just can't imagine how it's possible to eat all that per one day. I think, if I ate like her, my stomach would burst. I also don't get the point of drinking that shitty so called super healthy smoothies which are about 600 calories. She eats too many carbs. Anyway, Sanne's cute but if I were her, I would loose 10 kilos.

Sanne is cute but I prefer her some years ago when she was skinnier. Beside I think in her first videos she used to show more salads and proteins + vegetables combo.

I would like to see a REAL "What a eat in a day" by a model, showing what they actually eat to stay skinny (fruit, green salads with no dressing and some proteins). All the video you find online are so fake.

I’m not sure how other models diet.) During Fashion Week, I truly don’t even eat one meal. When Fashion Week is open, it goes on for over 4 weeks. So for 4 weeks, I only drink water. If I’m really struggling then I’ll eat half a banana.”

Thank you dear, that's what I mean. We all know that skinny fashion models are not naturally thin no matter what they eat. They work so hard with diets and workouts to have that kind of body and that's why I would like to know more about their real habits, that sometimes are not healthy at all..

In my opinion that's a terrible thing to do to yourself. Maybe she's honest, fine, but it's possible to be skinny and still eat healthy and low calorie meals. How many girls read it and thought it was a good idea to just drink water and eat half a banana? It's like the "cheese diet" from The Devil Wears Prada lol
That's why so many models end up fat. You can't treat your body like that and expect it to mantain that weight for years.
