Much later edit, but 1) I absolutely love Ratner (at the moment) 2) so far I find Cara Taylor and Kris Grikaite slightly interchangeable 3) (random thought) Alexandra Elizabeth Ljadov's career devolvement saddens me deeply.

Good catch! I never would have guessed she had had surgery. I think she's gorgeous either way and hope she gets more work.
Yes, I wonder why too. She is beautiful and her previous nose was lovely. Her new nose looks less ethnic too me, which is sad.
