Avant Models
Height: 5'10

Found her while checking whether Sia Prokofyeva lost weight (spoiler: she hasn't)

Not sure how I think she is in front of a camera but love, love her body. :luvluv: I think she's still young so hoping for more in the future.

She's quite stunning facially, too. Her eyes and eyelashes are just . . . :luv:
I found the majority of these photos here. Most are from this year, a couple are from December 2015.

I love her look with the freckles and strong eyebrows but sometimes the eyebrows are just a little bit too much. If she could tone them down slightly to a Liza Martynchik level I think it would look really nice.

I love her face and can stare at her for ages but I agree with you to some extent. From some angles and in certain photos she is in danger of resembling Mr Bean...

She gives me "skinny Hilary Rhoda-with a eastern european twist" vibes and I'm really into it

potentially unpopular opinion, though--I think that this past year, Avant has chosen to launch girls that are *way* too young, and it shows. Maybe the girls are the same age as they have been previously, but they look so, so childlike, facially more so than their bodies (milena ioanna in particular). I don't see it ending well (publicity, career longevity)

would love some perspective on this^^ @FashionThin

I disagree about the look. I love Milena's look (Alisha's too) and am a big Avant fan. Their bookers have a really good eye so their new faces are always interesting. They've always been known for younger girls, it's part of their brand. But so is quality. They train the girls so much better than almost any other MA. When we're having an Avant girl in for a go-see I know I will see a girl who knows how to walk, move, pose, act, talk (or not), follow direction, present herself, etc. There are only a couple overseas MAs I can think of who are that good.

Also, if we sign an Avant girl, my job is easier. I am not going to have to worry about her being late or saying something rude or dumb to a photographer or stylist or whatever. I won't have to hound her daily about her intake or call her in all the time (or pop into the apt if she's staying in one of ours) to weigh/measure her.

With most girls development can be so frustrating, tons of work, but not with Avant's. They've done a lot of the work already and all the girls need is more time working with pros and of course more opportunities.

Back to the look though, the young look sells and that's what matters. Milena's not that young, I think she's 16 or 17 now. And I know it sounds ruthless but freshness sells too and once people have seen a model around for a few seasons they want something new. Another part of being a good agent is helping girls stay fresh and interesting over a longer time even when there are newer younger girls fighting for the attention. It's a balance. People bitch about it but it's what the market wants.
