Mischa Barton

I used to be indifferent about her until I saw this and realised she just seems difficult and totally hypocritical.
She also mentions having done juice only diets.

Beware of her changing accents.

I know Mischa complained about the editing but there is only so much editing you can do. Her constant cancelling and delays can't be faked.

I definitely sympathize with her depression and life circumstances, but it's amazing what weight gain does to a person
RIP :(

she's losing weight :luvluv:
my first thought was "she was bigger than this???" and then i went a page back ....
my worst fear is to have whatever happened to her to happen to me. i just cant imagine myself being a "former skinny"

Don't fear! It's all mostly under your control

With a username like yours (which I love by the way) you would have to change your identity to become that.

My biggest fear - reaching middle age and becoming that cliche fattie always on fad crash diets. Noooooooo.

She's still big, but I agree she looks to be losing weight. Most importantly, she looks together; she's clean, tidy, skin looks great, her style is still terrible but she doesn't look the complete sack of shite she was at her worst. I hope she's in a good place and moving forward, getting some work together.

She's obviously not all the way there, but I'd like to think that seeing ANY improvement at all will encourage her to keep the momentum going. Hopefully the results of improved diet/self-care push her to go further. One of my biggest motivators is seeing results and changes. I've read that she is afflicted with body dysmorphia and so my hope is that she can see the difference in her appearance as it is, and will not fixate on how big she was prior and get stuck with that visual.

kisses to both of you, its absolutely true, if ive managed to maintain a low weight for the past 7 years why wouldnt i for the next 10, 20, 30 years

@MickeyMouse fad crash diets are contrived with the sole intention to be sold to those who dont have the slightest idea about weight loss, seeing as you are a skinnygossip regular i have faith that you will be fine, fingers crossed

I don't think she'll ever go back to skinny. But I hope she'll.manage to become slim. Come on, Mischa!

she looks normal--i'd way rather her be average than yo-yoing, for her own sake. Definitely not a sustainable skinny, maybe average and happy is a better thing for her long term
You are so down-to-Earth in what sustainability is concerned. Just want you to know I really appreciate that in you! :inluv:
