Lily McMenamy vs Anna Dello Russo in Saint Laurent Fall 2013
Wow, I feel kind of bad for saying this, but Anna Dello Russo looks absolutely hideous in this photo.
On a related note, why is it that most famous magazine editors are so unattractive? Glenda Bailey, Anna Dello Russo, even Anna Wintour - how do they defy the time-honored rule that beautiful people are more successful? And why don't they do something to fix their unattractive features? Most of them would benefit from a nose job, at the minimum.
I have had so much fun with this thread and I've come to these conclusions:
- Carey Mulligan can wear anything she wants (so proud to look like her!)
- Victoria Beckham can wear anything she wants
- Anna Wintour can wear anything she wants
- Emma Watson and Dakota Fanning are hit/miss
- Katy Perry needs to fucking stop
- Kimmy K needs to fucking stop
- "athletic" types need to fucking stop
- Chloë Moretz looks awkward in a lot and her boobs look like they're at her neck (what) and she needs to dress more her age (follow Dakota Fanning's example)
- Jennifer Lawrence doesn't deserve Dior. At all.

They seem to lose 80% of their value once they leave the runway, do you find that everything looks cheaper on Alexa Chung? I adore her, but everything she wears looks like it's from topshop on her.Is it just me or do most of the outfits look "cheaper" on the celebrities when compared to the models??

I totally agree and I think it's because Alexa looks very teenage somehow- not that that's a bad thing.
I'm really enjoying this thread, ladies! It appears that many clothes suffer the same problem as cars, decreasing in value as soon as a celebrity drives them off the runway...

I never know how fat or average girls dress up for evenings/events. Most of them would look better in sportswear or a tailored suit than fine fabrics and spindly heels.
