Victoria Beckham – Skinny legs and Discipline!

Victoria Beckham arrived at Heathrow airport last week looking like her usual skinny self. She is sporting a small xylophone and her usual tiny legs. She always comes across as a bitch because she never smiles – I wish Victoria would show us a different side of her personality.

I really wish I knew what her daily diet consisted of – I’m sure it isn’t much. Melanie Chisholm aka Sporty Spice, who I would say is a pretty good source of Victoria’s lifestyle, recently told listeners on Radio 4′s Woman’s Hour that Victoria “is a healthy woman just very disciplined, very thin, but very disciplined.” Does “disciplined” mean disciplined in restricting? I would say yes!
I’d also like to know how much David encourages her skinny habits – I have a feeling he likes it!

On a fashion note, I really like the color of her nail polish. The pink goes really well with her black top.


I saw a picture of her smiling about 2 years back. She looks really gorgeous when she smiles.

She is very disciplined and I’d love to know how many calories she eats in one day. Was wondering anyone here follow a strict calorie regimen? How tall are you and what do you eat per day? Is the rule of thumb goal weight x’s 10?

im 5’9” and i eat 400 to 500 calories per day. but at the end of the day i do at least 1 hour of cardio workout and try and work off 500 calories. on the machines it’ll tell you so I just go off of the that. I’ve lost weight so far. Im hoping 20 lbs gone by XMAS or New years!

UH. i feel so rubbish, how do you guys do it.
i try to only eat 1050 cals a day (which i’m well aware is still loads) but i go over and it sucks.

I think 500 calories day plus 500 calories cardio is great! Thats practically zero cals. No wonder you’re losing the weight so fast. Go you!
does anyone know if the powerplate counts towards weight loss? The notes on the machine say 10-15mins is equivalent to an hour on the tradmill and can burn up to 400cals. I’m having a hard time believing this, but would like to know what u think.

I have no idea. I have never done the powerplate. I do know that running 8 min minutes burns 120 cals thats what my treadmill said (maybe im going slow lol). I just go off the machines that tell you how many calories your losing. But ive never done powerplate. Im had a rechid time continuing 500 cals per day during thanksgiving. I don’t know what I’ll do during xmas. Any ideas anyone on what they’ll be doing?
I’ll definately be relaxing during xmas, many more days to starve after that!
Some people think VB is too thin but I couldn’t disagree more. Very occasionally she has looked too thin and her skin looks like it is too big for her, but most of the time she looks superbly healthy and toned. Everybody has a normal weight range and when she was with the Spice Girls she was towards the upper end of her natural range. Now she is towards the bottom, but she is not too thin for her body type. People wary according to their bone structure, musculature. Although she is 5’6″ she has a very slender bone structure combined with a tiny musculature, which means her muscles are very tiny, long and slender with very little bulk. This is why she looks so physically fragile. Although this means she has very limited physical strength it does not mean she is ill

The last I read about her she weighed 44kg, or about 97lbs. She is often around that weight.
Personally, I do not count my calories religiously.
I probably should but I would guess I’m about 400 or less a day. Bfas: coffee(black, no sugar or sweetener) and then water water water and what I eat is green and leafy with the exception of a rare night I need to throw my not-skinny friends off my case. Tuna too for protein. I train horses several times a week and get work outs there and in fidgetting. Btw: riding horses like as in barrel racing and jumping creates killer abs. I’m 5’4″
