Personally I think 46 kilos at this height is TOO much. I’m same height as Pivovarova and I weigh 115 lbs, I think I still need to lose 5 lbs, that would be 50 kilos and that’s it.

I’m a photographer and work in fashion business, so it’s natural to want to be thin )), and according to those measurements I weigh too much )))))))) but believe me when I say – the only reason those girls have to look so thin – to look fatless in photos – usually at the beginning of career there is no one who would photoshop you
Recently I took photos of a 16 year old girl – she weighted 47 with height 178 cm – she looks good in pictures, but in real life she is WAY TOO skinny.
Photographs tend to ‘add weight’ to people. It also depends on the photographer who has to be professional and place the light right (when in studio).
Most of those girls are so thin becaus they are young, later they have to starve themselves and take a lot of exercise to stay in shape – it is their job to do so.
But if you’re a regular person, I would not advice to try such a lifestyle. It makes sence ONLY if you’re being paid for staying so thin.
