I haven’t posted on Kate Beckinsale in ages and I thought it was about time, especially after reading in the November issue of Esquire that she was named – Sexiest Woman Alive (I don’t agree).  In previous posts I’ve stated that I’d like to see her lose some weight, which doesn’t seem like it will ever happen.  On the cover picture it looks like she has gained quite a few pounds over the past months.  Plus, they might have even photo-shopped it a little and she still looks pretty big and curvy.  What do you think?

Kate Beckinsale was seen sneaking a quick cigarette behind her car door two days ago.  I’m assuming smoking is one of Kate’s skinny secrets; however, she needs to keep working on finding and utilizing some more.  She still seems to be about the same weight as the last time we saw her.  I wish she would adopt a few other skinny secrets, because she still needs to drop those 10lbs I suggested last time.

The beautiful Kate Beckinsale and her husband were spotted out and about shopping the other day.  She seems to be a little thinner than the last time we saw her (Kate Beckinsale needs the “jizz diet”)  however, it is hard to tell because of her outfit.  She is a healthy “normal” weight, but I think she would look better if she lost about 10 pounds.  Rumor has it that she is close friends with Victoria Beckham ….. I wish Victoria would share some of her starving tips with Kate.

The lovely Kate Beckinsale has put on some weight in recent months.  I remember seeing pictures of her in a bikini a few months ago and not being very happy about it.  Here she is again, looking like she has gained even more.  She has big fat mommy arms, big thighs and I’m scared to think what she might be hiding under that baggy shirt.  Poor Kate ….. maybe the “jizz diet” can save her!
