Starving Tip of The Day!
This starving tip of the day came from SkinnyGossip reader Jenn:
Drink a cup of warm vegetable broth about 10 minute before eating dinner. Doing this will give your brain enough time to signal to your body that you’ve consumed something, so you in turn eat less during that meal. Also, this helps cut the cravings and thus stop you from potentially binging. Here’s another tip too, instead of having an iced coffee during the day, prepare several cups of green tea, pour into ice trays and freeze for an hour. When the liquid starts to freeze, add popsicle sticks. These are great as a snack. I hear frozen grapes are also a great low calorie snack.
Thanks for the great tip Jenn!

omigosh i do that green tea thing! I also do it with peppermint tea and mix in an equal, so you get this yummy sweet peppermint ice block with like 3 cals each. you just have to let the tea brew for ages so it is nice and strong and peppermint-y
delish and refreshing
great tip!
Sounds yum! =)
