Starving Tip of The Day!
If you want to binge – distract yourself! Try decorating or organizing something. When I pick a project to do, it distracts my mind for a while and keeps me from thinking about food. Plus after I’m finished, I feel a great sense of accomplishment for what I just did.
Still want to binge? Drink three big glasses of water. Really chug ‘em and I guarantee you’ll feel too sick to even eat. Another idea – drink a couple of teaspoons of vinegar. It makes your stomach feel really weird and you won’t want to eat.
I thought this would be helpful to those of you asking about binging.

i have a question : how can i get rid of jiggly thighs?
antonia — buy Leandro Carvalho’s Brazilian Butt Lift DVD’s. They work great. Also, try running sprints. Basically anything that makes your legs burn like crazy will help build muscle and tone your legs so they won’t jiggle. Make sure your heart rate gets up high when you exercise, don’t take it easy! hope that helps.
Make sure to dilute the vinegar with water! Otherwise, it can burn your throat and damage your teeth due to the acidity.
Thanks skinny gurl for the tips and I’ll work hard at it. I had a good day yesterday but went back to binging today (grrr). I’m going to try harder tomorrow. I won’t fail.. I CAN’T fail!
I hate it every night is a hassle, coming on here and posting though really helps! Great tip though! Im gonna definitely do the water and vinegar one. I work at a bank all day so theres so much down time sometimes and i get hungry but three glasses of water will cure that right up! Thank so much!

Yeah, distraction is always a strong ally against eating!
I always do someting to look good: I try some new make-up or hairdo, or else do manicure. Not only it distracts you, but verything that makes you look better, makes you feel better. And after you´ve finished you don´t want to ruin yur look and self-esteem anymore by eating.
@ Antonia – Jiggly thighs are hard to get rid of without gaining a pound or two and maybe an inch on your hips. I recently toned up my thighs and they look amazing. I did it by biking 50+ miles a week and taking a dance class. I gained about 1 1/2 lbs in muscle mass but I’m already almost back to my prior weight. My legs haven’t looked better! Hope this helps!
@ Court – Nighttime is the hardest to stay on track – I know the feeling. Get rid of all temptations in your house and chew gum when you are hungry. After going to bed a few nights with an empty stomach you get used to the feeling and begin to love it.
